Personal Information You Provide To Us 

We collect Personal Information that you provide to us when you create an account on the Website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, participate in activities on the Website, or otherwise when you contact us (including by phone, mail, and email).  

The Personal Information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. This Personal Information may include phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, billing addresses, contact or authentication data, and other similar information. 

Payment Data 

If you make purchases by phone or mail, we may collect data necessary to process your payment, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. If you make a purchase through the Website, all payment data is transmitted directly to and stored by Shopify or Braintree (a PayPal Service). We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Website. This information may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Website, and other technical information. This information is needed to maintain the security and operation of our Website and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes: 

  • Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Website. Depending on how you interact with us, this data may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings, and information about your activity on the Website (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches and other actions you take), device event information (such as system activity, error reports, and hardware settings).

For example, we may collect geolocation data that tells us your approximate current location. We use Personal Information to fulfill your order(s), to comply with our legal obligations, for security and anti-fraud purposes, for marketing and advertising, and for other legitimate business purposes as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process. 

  • To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Website that may contain Personal Information such as your name. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your Personal Information and the content of the testimonial.   • To request feedback. We may use your Personal Information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Website or our products. 

  • To enable  communications. We may use your information in order to enable  your communications with us.

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). Except for records relating to purchases, no purpose in this notice will require us to keep your Personal Information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of your Sqairz account. 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. 

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE? 

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of Personal Information to or from us is at your own risk. You should only access the Website from within a secure network and environment. 

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT MINORS? 

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market our products or Services to children under 18 years of age. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. If we learn that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. We will only use personal information provided in the verification process to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying your identity or authority to make such a request. 

Account Information 

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. 

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements. We will also retain records relating to any purchases you have made. 

Opting out of email marketing

We do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. 

We do recognize and respond to the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. We will respect your request and delete your personal information, to the extent required by applicable law. Even if you have a legal right to request deletion, we may be legally required to retain certain information, for example, to satisfy  compliance or business record-keeping requirements.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud by, for example, rejecting traffic from suspicious IP addresses.

The Website and our products are intended for residents of the United States.
