90-Day Quality Warranty

SQAIRZ SENTRX shoes are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase. Shoes found to be defective will be replaced with the same style or an equivalent SQAIRZ shoe at the sole discretion of SQAIRZ Inc.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To exercise this warranty, please contact SQAIRZ Customer Service at 1-888-793-7779 or info@sqairz.com to request a return authorization.

You must provide proof of purchase showing the date of purchase to obtain a return authorization number. Warranty claims presented without proof of purchase will be honored at the sole discretion of SQAIRZ.

Any wear deemed abusive, excessive, inappropriate, or resulting from misuse may void the warranty.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the shoes, and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by SQAIRZ. For your protection, we recommend shipping your package using a trackable method and retaining the tracking or confirmation number as proof of delivery. SQAIRZ is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

Please allow up to six (6) weeks for a replacement pair of shoes to be shipped to you. You must have a return authorization number in order for your warranty return to be processed.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, and any implied warranties, including MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

In no event shall SQAIRZ be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or misuse of the product, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

No other person or company is authorized to change this warranty.
