This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the SQAIRZ Medical website and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions available here [insert link]. By placing an order through the website, you acknowledge that this Shipping & Returns Policy applies to your purchase.

1. Returns and ExchangesUnited States 

If you are returning or exchanging an item shipped to a United States address, your item must be unused, in new condition, and returned with all components originally included with the shipment, including any packaging, accessories, inserts, and printed materials. Exchanges are available only for shoes returned in new condition. If an item submitted for exchange does not satisfy these requirements, we may reject the exchange, charge for the item, and return it to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not satisfy these requirements. 

Return Window 

Returns and exchanges for United States orders must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. 

Exchanges 

Eligible exchanges are subject to inventory availability and are limited to shoes returned in new condition. Approved exchanges are processed as replacement orders rather than as a return followed by a new purchase. If your exchange is approved, we will cover shipping charges for the replacement item. If a customer requests an exchange and the item submitted for exchange is returned in a condition other than new, we may reject the exchange and charge the customer for the exchanged pair. 

Return Shipping Fee 

For eligible United States returns, other than approved exchanges, a return shipping fee of $12.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to return an item using your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. 

Processing Timeline 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it satisfies the requirements of this Shipping & Returns Policy. Approved returns are typically processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and we will send an email confirmation when your return has been completed. 

Worn or Used Items 

Items showing signs of wear or use may be rejected. If a return is rejected because the item is not in new condition, the item may be returned to you at your expense.   If you requested an exchange request and the returned item is rejected but the exchanged pair remains in new condition, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the rejected item back to you, and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged pair back to us.2. For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all included materials.

For approved international exchanges, we will cover shipping charges for the replacement item, but the customer remains responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges associated with the replacement shipment. 

Processing 

Refunds for eligible international returns will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected and will be credited to the original form of payment. We will send an email confirmation once processing is complete. 

3. Shipping Policy 

United States Shipping 

We currently offer free express shipping on United States orders over $139.97 USD, excluding clearance items and certain promotions. 

Order Processing 

Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. 

Delivery Timing 

After processing, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 2-4 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. 

Tracking 

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been processed. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET may be processed on the following business day. 

Expedited Orders 

Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may ship on the following business day. Carrier processing and transit times may affect final delivery timing. 

International Shipping 

International shipping delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing and local carrier practices. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges associated with international shipments. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. 

4. Clearance Items 

All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

5. Additional Terms 

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this Shipping & Returns Policy and to update or modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the website. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Shipping & Returns Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If tracking information shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, please contact the carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.
